Before I undertake the mammoth task of writing up this half of the Carretera Austral, here’s a few photos from today’s ride into Coyhaique – after a dirt road detour out towards the Argentine border.
Just this morning. The painting that greets me from my tent.

I could stride out across this field, and not look back.
